Chris is a Vancouver-based musician, songwriter, and producer making alternative pop-rock with a cinematic, emotional edge. His music blends modern indie-pop and rock influences with honest storytelling, exploring themes of change, resilience, heartbreak, and hope. The result is a sound that moves between intimate, stripped-back moments and big, anthemic production.

Chris’s main focus is his solo project, where he writes, performs, and produces his own music. Drawing inspiration from artists like Imagine Dragons, OneRepublic, and Post Malone, he’s developed a style that’s both polished and personal—built around strong melodies, atmospheric sound design, and lyrics that come straight from real life.

As a multi-instrumentalist, Chris is involved in every part of the process, from the first idea to the final mix. That hands-on approach has helped him shape a consistent sound and identity across his releases, while still leaving room to experiment and evolve with each new track.

One of the key moments in his journey so far came when his song “Bittersweet” was selected and produced by Mike Shinoda of Linkin Park through the #ShinodaProduceMe initiative, helping introduce his music to a wider global audience.

Alongside his original work, Chris also stays active playing live shows with two cover bands, The Live Ones and Carla and the Dudes, keeping him constantly performing and connected to audiences in a more immediate, high-energy setting.

Chris has also been involved in collaborative projects, including Vancouver-based band work such as Velavox, which helped shape his early writing and live performance experience.
